Speed, Power and Injury Prevention

Six week class starting March 14th with Coach Mark Malchow focusing on increasing sprint speed, jumping hieght and overall muscle growth, including knee and ankle strength to prevent injuries going into the season. 

This is a limited class size, only 12 spots available. This is to increase the one on one coaching players will recieve on the field and on their assignments. Assignments will include SMART goal setting, due March 7th, and an individualized workout plan for their goal(s).
