Small Group classes are six week programs with Coach Mark Malchow which will be limited to six participants. Each class will be an hour with time after to go over what each individual will need to work on over the week. Each class will require players to set and track SMART goals throught the week as well as follow their individual plans. I will not take players for more than two classes on one day because of the physical requirement of the classes. There will be a repeat of these following the fix set of classes, all players after the 6th will be put on the waitlist for the second session.
