The game is the best teacher in soccer

PGS understands that each person is different and will need different strategies in order to maximize development. With that in mind PGS uses diverse training methods including the popular European style, Play-Practice-Play, the US standard 4-stage Warm-up, Orientation, Learning and Implementation, as well as incorporating Coerver and 3v3 tournament style development strategies.

To make sure each learning style is touched upon PGS coaches use differentiation by using dry erase boards, technical/tactical discussions, Cones as visual aids while speaking, 1 on 1 reference, demonstration, video recording/play-back, problems to solve, Guided questions and of course by encouraging experimentation.

In addition to the technical soccer training PGS focuses on development of character in every training session. Read more.
