Mark Malchow

President and Director of Coaching


Coach Mark Malchow started his coaching career with the semi-professional American Soccer League team Gladiators where he was also head of fundraising. From there he coached for the Rutgers New Brunswick Men’s Club team as well as Bridgewater FC. Mark started his youth coaching career with Cheshire Soccer Academy as the Assistant Director of Business Administration before moving to VST’s Director of Business Development. In 2016 after recognizing a need for quality, affordable training Mark started Premier German Soccer.


In 2016 Mark continued his college coaching career taking the Head Coaching position at Raritan Valley Community College in Branchburg, New Jersey. In Fall of 2017 Coach Malchow led RVCC to the best season in 18 years including making the NJCAA playoffs. Players coached by Mark have featured in the Olympic Development Program. Others have had offers to play professionally in Israel, Costa Rica and Italy. College offers received by players coached by Mark include Montclair State, Monmouth State, Rutgers, Fairleigh Dickenson, College of Saint Elizabeth, Kean University, Providence, University of Kentucky and Lake Erie University.


Coach Malchow’s coaching licenses and certifications include USSF C license, as well as F, E and D licenses. United Soccer Coaches Attacking, Defending, Small-Sided, High School, Systems of Play and Goalkeeping. Mark has taken courses with World Football Academy on Periodization, with EDP on Mental Training and Developing Creative Players.
